About us
We are Carol and Andy, we came to this very special part of Spain in the foothills of Sierra Nevada in 1991 to fulfill our dream to try and live as self-sustainably as possible. Working together with nature, we have implemented permaculture and organic growing techniques on our land to provide food and herbal medicine for ourselves and the community.
Throughout our time here we have gathered a wealth of experience and stories which we would like to share with others and show that off grid living is not only possible but it can lead to a healthy and fulfilling life.
Consequently we are setting up courses to share our lifestyle and pass on the lessons we have learned.
